Introduction

The Company Perception, Motivation and Satisfaction survey is one of the most significant pieces of work in the UK medical sales industry. Now in its 9th year and managed by Dr B Payne of Conker Statistics (A fellow of the Royal Statistical Society), the survey provides a benchmark of field force remuneration, motivation, satisfaction, perception and recruitment.

It is intended that the results be used in two ways. On a personal level, a summary of the data will be published in Pf (and on www.pharmafield.co.uk, enabling readers to benchmark against their peer group. From an organisational perspective, companies can use the data to help develop the working environment for their sales teams.

To make the results relevant WE REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. Could you please take 15–20 minutes to complete the survey, answering questions as honestly and openly as possible.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is of paramount importance to Pf and Conker Statistics Ltd, and your anonymity is therefore guaranteed. You do not submit your name on the form and all answers will be pooled with those of your industry colleagues.
